These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elite Smile Implant Institute — Costa Rica website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
About the Site
The Site is operated by Elite Smile Implant Institute — Costa Rica (“ESIIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Continuing education for our courses is accredited and administered by Dental Office Solutions, LLC, a North Carolina company (AGD PACE Provider #315447). Clinical training takes place at our partner facility in Costa Rica.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for dental professionals and other adults. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- copy, scrape, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted;
- upload or transmit malicious code;
- use the Site to infringe others’ rights or to violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or limit access to the Site at any time.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, page layout, and design — are owned by ESIIC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Course names, marks, and accreditation logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for incidental personal use such as printing a page for your own reference.
Courses, enrollment, and payment
Course descriptions, dates, tuition, and other details on the Site are provided for general information and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of admission, or a binding commitment. Applications are submitted through a separate application form, and enrollment, tuition, payment, cancellation, and refund terms are presented and agreed separately at the time of application and are administered through Dental Office Solutions, LLC. Continuing education credit is subject to the accreditation statements and conditions published on the Site; we do not guarantee acceptance of credit by any licensing board.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services and websites (for example, scheduling, forms, and email tools). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Content on the Site is educational and informational and is not medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for exercising independent professional judgment.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESIIC, DENTAL OFFICE SOLUTIONS, LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This limitation concerns your use of the Site. Enrollment in a course is governed by the separate terms presented at the time of application.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ESIIC and Dental Office Solutions, LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms, at any time. Changes to these Terms are effective when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at application, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
