Day 2 — Full-Arch Extractions & Tilted Placements

Alveoloplasty, 2 axial + 2 tilted implants on live patients.

Day 3 — Conversion Prosthesis Delivery

Same-day chairside conversion. Immediate loading protocols.

Day 4 — Final Verification & Loading Protocols

ISQ stability verification, immediate loading decision tree, fallback protocols.

Will I operate on live patients?

Yes — this is a live-patient course. You perform supervised implant procedures on real patients, and all clinical training is conducted under the authorization and regulatory authority of the Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Costa Rica (CCDCR) at an authorized facility.

What will I do each day?

Full-arch rehabilitation, start to finish. Day 1 — Case Planning & Pre-Op — CBCT virtual planning, AP spread analysis, prosthetic space verification.
